Set on 7.8 acres of pristine landscape adjacent to the renowned Whitepath Golf Course and overlooking its 10th hole, our resort is a golfer’s paradise and a haven for those seeking relaxation and adventure.

With its stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Whitepath Lodge & Resort is the perfect destination for family reunions, retreats, or large group gatherings.

Our lodge features eight spacious, condo-style units, each encompassing 1,850 square feet of comfort and luxury. Each unit boasts two bedrooms, two full baths, and can accommodate up to six guests.

The resort provides eight super-size suites and six two story townhomes with enough space for all your family vacations and events like weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays. We are your North Georgia Mountain gathering place.

Relax in our large pool, crafted from mountain granite and stone, or explore the surrounding natural beauty. For golf enthusiasts, the adjacent Whitepath Golf Course provides an exquisite playing experience with its picturesque fairways and greens.

Our Town Homes

feature five very spacious two-story units each with two bedrooms and two baths, private balconies on each floor, gas fireplace, dining room and laundry room.

There is one unit that sleeps up to eight people with four bedrooms and four full baths, four remaining units sleep up to four persons each with two bedrooms and 2 full baths each.

Our event space is about six thousand square feet with a kitchen, bathrooms, conference room event space. Rental of the conference or event space is available by the day.
